Parking is on-street only, we recommend using the Parking Kitty app.
We are wheelchair accessible.
We can only provide starting prices over the phone or via email for many hair services due to variety in density, length and technique. If you would like exact pricing, please ask your stylist.
If you wish to leave a gratuity, tips are cash only. Please talk to our front desk staff if you need cash for your gratuity.
We guarantee our services. If you need an adjustment, please let us know within one week after your appointment and we will do our best to make things right.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment is important to Urbaca Salon, as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations and adjustments. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a "Late Cancellation" and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be considered a "No Show" and charged full price for the scheduled service(s). Appointments booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
